| Summary: | An archaeological watching brief was undertaken at West Exe Technology College as part of a wider programme of archaeological mitigation prior to the construction of a new school. Three exploratory trenches were excavated on the northern side of the development footprint, and two post-Medieval ditches relating probably to former field boundaries or to animal husbandry were noted, otherwise no archaeological features of significance were exposed. |
