| Summary: | Report presenting the result of a geophysical survey along the route of a 7km pipeline from the site of a proposed sewage treatment works at Sidford to the existing outfall at Sidmouth. Apart from the location of the larger of the two known ring forms and the possibility of further ring ditches within Area 3a at the northern end of the pipeline route, and the identification of several flint scatters, very little unambiguous magnetic evidence was found to suggest the presence of underlying features with archaeological potential. |
