Summary: | An archaeological evaluation was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology in May 2014 on land to the west of North Molton, North Devon. A total of three trenches were excavated. The fieldwork identified a ditch and the remains of a bank, both associated with a former field boundary of likely post-medieval or modern date. A series of other linear features were identified which could not be precisely characterised, but could be related to similar date activity. |
