| Summary: | Context One Archaeological Services Ltd (COAS) carried out an historic building appraisal at Crediton Haywards Primary School, Dean Street, Crediton, Devon (the ‘Site’), in May 2016. The objectives are to assess and determine the value of the Grade II Listed part of the school (Haywards Old Primary School and former Youth Centre), in order to inform the scope and nature of any Listed building constraints in support of a planning application relating to the proposed expansion of the school. |
