Homes Ltd prior to the demolition of the existing agricultural buildings and construction of five dwellings and associated landscaping at Frogmire Farm, Crediton, Devon.
The evaluation confirmed the presence of footings of two 20th century buildings/structures, likely relating to the use of part of the site as a sawmill, and evidence of a still in part extant former bank boundary with two phases of modern site clearance material pushed up and against this former bank. No features or finds of any greater antiquity were identified. If these were formerly present, they have likely been landscaped away during the construction of modern farm buildings and yards. |
