| Summary: | Aerial survey undertaken in Devon in 1984 produced a wealth of new cropmar and sites. In mid Devon a concentration of ritual monuments was identified, including an apparent Class II henge. Fieldwalkmg of the site produud a later neolithic flint assemblage of an exceptional nature. Factors affecting the discovery of the site and the location of other sites in south-west England are discussed. |
