| Summary: | Medieval desertion one of two areas. Lying in pasture adjacent to parish church (see :SS31SE/4). These east earthworks consist of a probable hollow way bordered by crofts and five possible building platforms. The hollow way runs downhill to the east, parallel to and north of the modern road, which evidently obscures part of the earlier development. Width of holloway 10m, depth 0.7m. |
