Summary : Substantial masonry walls were reported to R White by D Millington at Wroxeter vineyard. The remains were seen when laying irrigation pipes. The site lies immediately adjacent to the ramparts of the town. A cremation in a grey ware jar associated with a glass flask was found nearby. The Wroxeter Hinterland Project lists the site as that of a Roman Villa.
