Summary
The reserve watch shelter adjacent to the 6-pdr gun could hold 12 men. It comprised a single Nissen hut and is presumed to be coeval with the construction of the 6-pdr battery. The building was demolished by the Ministry of Works during the 1960's.

Full description
The reserve watch shelter adjacent to the 6-pdr gun could hold 12 men. It comprised a single Nissen hut and is presumed to be coeval with the construction of the 6-pdr battery. Projectors and lamps of the searchlight battery were withdrawn from their emplacements and stored in this building on 1 October 1953 until their removal which was completed by 15 February 1957 The building was demolished by the Ministry of Works during the 1960's (1).
