A narrow earthwork is visible.

A probable former field boundary is visible as a linear earthwork on aerial photographs immediately to the north of Coombe House, Stoke. The bank appears to be less than 2 metres wide and can be seen for over 45 metres aligned east-west between two extant field boundaries. The possible boundary is not depicted on the Ordnance Survey first edition map of circa 1880s-1890s, and had therefore probably passed out of use by this time.
