Earthwork banks are visible north-west of Walland Farm.

Former field boundaries of probable post-medieval date are visible on aerial photographs of the 1940s onwards, as earthwork banks to the north-west of Walland Farm. The earthworks, are orientated approximately south-west to north east, abut the earthwork remains of a small rectilinear field. The earthworks correspond in a large part, to field boundaries depicted on the Woolfardisworthy tithe map of circa 1838 Most have been removed by, and are not depicted o, the Ordnance Survey first edition 25inch map of 1880s-1890s. The boundaries remain visible as low earthworks on images derived from Lidar data acquired in 2008.
