A pale curvilinear cropmark, approximately 5 metres in width, is visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946. It appears to cross two hedgebanks suggesting that it postdates the construction of the field boundaries, and may be a superficial cropmark resulting after the removal of a barbed wire fence. This may be associated with the military camp to the north-east. It is not visible on any available later, or earlier, photographs which supports an interpretation as a temorary feature.
