Full description
Hunt, H. B., 1928 - 1929, Parish Stocks, 152 (Article in Serial). SDV102250.
The stocks were in use as late as 1862.
Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1953, SY09NE11 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV336678.
The parish stocks are in the churchyard, protected by a roof. 1.8 meters long and 0.25 meters high. This is probably not their original site: it may have been the open square (The Flexton) immediately south of the churchyard.
