One of a number of semi-detached houses in Parkwood Road which have been identified as 'positive', being good examples of relatively unaltered historic buildings where their style, detailing and building materials provides the streetscape with interest and variety.

In Tavistock, a high number of unlisted buildings in the conservation area have been assessed as making a 'positive' contribution to the special architectural or historic interest of the conservation area.
