Plain marble inscripton tablet mounted onto a nowy-headed dark coloured marble backboard. Incised inscription in black lettering. Gold coloured wreath with crown within it at the top centre of the backboard.
Inscription: DULCE ET DECORUM EST PRO PATRIA MORI/ ROYAL NAVY/ (NAMES)/ MILITARY AND AIR FORCES./ (NAMES)/ THE NAMES ABOVE ARE THOSE OF THE MEN/ BELONGING TO THE PARISH WHO GAVE THEIR/ LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1918./ AND ALSO 1939 - 1945/ R.I.P.
