Site of a band stand shown on late 19th and earlier 20th century mapping. It is depicted originally as a rectangular stand surrounded by seating and trees but this had been replaced by the time of the 1904-6 Ordnance Survey map with a smaller, octagonal stand. The site is now part of a playground.
