A hulk of modern date is visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1969 onwards and on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012, adjacent to Topsham Lock. The former vessel measures approximately 21.5m in length by 6m in width and is first visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1969, having been laid-up for possible repairs sometime after 1963. The vessel remains largely complete on aerial photographs of 1978, although by 2012 has become largely covered with marshland vegetation, although its outline is clearly visible.
