A hulk of modern date is visible as a wrecked structure on aerial photographs of 1946 and 1947, along the western bank of the Exe Estuary. The former vessel, which was abandoned sometime after 1930, may be visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1941, although this is unclear. The former vessel is east to west aligned and measures approximately 10m in length by 3m in width. It is first visible as a wrecked structure on aerial photographs of 1946, although is no longer visible on aerial photographs of 1955, having possibly been completely covered with the estuarine muds. Elements of hulk may, however, still survive.
