A hulk of modern date is visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1946 and 1947, along the western bank of the Exe Estuary. The former vessel, which was abandoned sometime after 1930, is first visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1941. The former vessel is northeast to southwest aligned and measures approximately 12.5m in length by 3m in width. The hulk is visible as a wrecked structure on aerial photographs of 1947, although is no longer visible by 1955, having possibly been completely covered with the estuarine muds. Elements of the hulk may, however, still survive.
