Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848, 711 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

Little Sweetcombe shown on modern map as single building on east side of trackway. Marked as 'Sweetcombe Cottage' on OS 1891 map. On Tithe Map site marked as 'Swetcombe' has two buildings, one to south of present house at SY 1614 9312 and one to west of track at SY 1613 9317. Sweetcombe is mentioned as 'Swetecumb' in a document of 1249.
