Semi detached pair of houses dating to at least the early-mid 19th century. Depicted on the Tithe Map, they have joined front porches, gabled slate roofs with gable-end stacks and the most westerly of the pair has a patterned slate-hung façade.

Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Depicted on the Tithe Map at the northern end of the village. 1513 and 1514 on the Lamerton Apportionment.

Semi-detached pair of houses, with joined front porch and gabled slate roofs, with gable-end chimney stacks. Left (western) house is slate-hung, with attractive diamond patterns between the upper windows. Has sash windows that may be original. The right (eastern) house is rendered and has replacement plastic windows.
