Summary

Three mba cinerary urns were found during the construction of a new green at a golf course in 1934. One urn of overhanging rim type contained a cremation burial. The remaining urns were about 3 feet away and may have been either accessory vessels or a separate burial of which the bones do not survive (shaw).

Two now in rougemont house museum, exeter.(fmg.1981) a third urn - the best preserved - was supposed to be reconstructed and was kept by the excavator. In may 1984 it was about to be given to rougemont house museum (fmg, oral inf from prof c. T. Shaw, 24/5/1984).
