Description: The Hollett Garden is located halfway along Briton Street. The land for the garden was donated when two cottages were demolished to provide a rest area for older residents on the way to the doctors’ surgery. The foundations of the demolished cottages are evident 18 inches below the ground and there is a photographic record of the garden from 1940.
