A small area of earthwork orchard banks is visible to the north-west of Great Combe Farm on digital images derived from aerial photographs of 2002 and 2010. The banks, probably made to facilitate drainage, fall within the area of a much larger orchard potentially of post medieval date. The orchard was depicted on the first Edition Ordnance Survey map of the late 19th century and remained lightly planted into the 1940s.
