A roughly circular or oval pit is visible.

A possible quarry of unknown date is visible on aerial photographs as a roughly circular earthwork pit approximately 40 metres in diameter, on the north-west facing slopes south-west of Frogmore Cross. A second quarry is visible immediately upslope near the summit of the hill.
