Two buildings are illustrated within plot 1091 on the East Budleigh Tithe Map of 1843, and are recorded as a 'House and Courtlage' within the Tithe Apportionment. No buildings are present on the later First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map indicating that the buildings had been demolished prior to 1899.
