The pond is not illustrated on the tithe map, or on either the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between the 1880’s-90’s and the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between 1904-06. An indent in the field boundary on these maps does, however, correspond to a pond depicted on the Ordnance Survey 2015 MasterMap, although it is unclear if this relates to the pond alluded to on the tithe map.
