A large group of buildings are depicted within plot 190 on the Ashprington Tithe Map.

A large group of buildings are depicted within plot 190 on the Ashprington Tithe Map of 1843, recorded as a 'Farm House and Cottage' within the Tithe Apportionment. A similar layout of buildings are depicted in this location on the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps where they are labelled as 'Sharpham Barton.' A number of the buildings forming the eastern side of the complex are not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map indicating that they had been demolished prior to 2015.
