A building is depicted within plot 30 on the Topsham Tithe Map of 1843, recorded as a 'Cottage and Paddock' within the accompanying Tithe Apportionment. The building is not present on the later First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map indicating that it had been demolished prior to 1899.
