Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Maps and Apportionments (Website). SDV349463.

A building is depicted within plot 246 on the East Portlemouth Tithe Map of 1840 and recorded as a 'Barn and Courtlage' within the Tithe Apportionment. Plots 244 and 245 to the west are recorded as 'Lower Barn Park' and 'Barn Field', respectively.
