Between North Hessery Tor and Great Mis Tor are nine granite boundary posts running in a straight line.

(12/07/1994) Boundary stone on the south-eastern slope of Great Mis Tor at NGR SX 56347677. The stone stands 1.65 metres high and measures 0.4 metres wide and 0.3 metres thick at its base. It is a round-topped, rough moorland block and has no inscription. The stone marks the Dartmoor Forest boundary.
