Full description

Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

Small farmstead to the north of Lower Town shown on 19th century Tithe Map. The Apportionment for 'Lower Town and Spitchweek' lists Field Number 1822 as 'Houses & Court' and Field Number 1821 as 'Garden'.

Group of buildings shown in a rectangular yard on 19th century map on the north side of Lower Town. A pump is shown as 'P' in the centre of the yard and an orchard is shown to the west.
