Orchard banks of probable post-medieval to modern date are visible as a series of linear earthwork banks on aerial photographs of 1967 onwards, at Treasbeare Farm. An orchard is depicted here on the First Edition Ordnance Survey map of between the 1880’s-90’s. Aerial photographs of 1946 show that the site of the orchard is covered with trees, although by 1967 these have been completely grubbed up, leaving a series of parallel north to south aligned earthwork banks, on which the fruit trees were established, visible. These banks occupy an area of approximately 0.40 hectares of gentle to moderate south facing slope, within a single plot depicted on the First Edition OS map. The orchard banks remain faintly visible as partial earthwork banks on Lidar-derived images of 2005.
