An approximately oval shaped earthwork depression circa 40m by 20m is visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. It corresponds with an 'Old Gravel Pit' depicted on historic maps and is interpreted to be of post-medieval to 19th century origin, that passed out of use by the end of the 19th century.
