Earthwork ridges are indistinctly visible.

Parallel linear earthwork banks are indistinctly visible on aerial photographs taken in 1948. Their broadly cross-contour orientation is indicative of post-medieval or 19th century tree planting banks, although this plot of land was recorded as meadow in the Tithe apportionment. No features are depicted in this location on the late-19th century OS mapping, suggesting that the area was not orchard at this time. The earthworks are not visible on later available aerial imagery and may have been levelled.
