South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.

Recorded as Mow Barton and Garden (933) and House and Yard (932) on the Upottery Tithe Apportionment.

Disparate group of buildings shown with orchards.


Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

Lower Luxton marked. Comparison with the Tithe Map shows the farmstead to have altered in plan with the addition of buildings in particular to the central range and the disappearance of the southern most building.
