Plot 1180, listed as Homestead, including house and garden orchard.

The remains of parallel ridges up to 5 metres apart were visible as very subtle earthwork banks over an area of circa 0.2ha on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2016.
The visible banks fell within a plot depicted as an orchard on the 19th century maps available to the survey. The plot is listed as a homestead on the Tithe apportionments, including the house and garden orchard at Stotehayes.
The visible earthworks are therefore interpreted as the remains of banks made for fruit tree planting and improved orchard drainage, dating possibly from the post-medieval period or the 19th century. A small section of orchard remained lightly planted in 2014.
