Recorded as House, Homestead and Lanes on the Cullompton Tithe Apportionment.

A large U-shaped dwelling house is depicted with an adjacent building at an oblique angle to the north and further buildings and a ?small pond to the east.

The buildings depicted on the Tithe Map to the east of the house have gone, replaced by ranges of buildings around a double courtyard adjoining the house to the west.
