Recorded as Backyard and House (plot 632) and House, Pound and Yard (plot 615) on the Atherington Tithe Apportionment.

Over Weir marked, comprising the house with a pump in the garden with three dispersed ranges of buildings around an elongated yard to the west, surrounded by orchards. Comparison with the Tithe Map shows a couple of the earlier buildings to have gone.
