Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
Sampford Spiney Tithe Map shows a range of buildings with dwellings at the western and eastern end of the group, presumably with non-residential buildings between. Plot number 7 'Houses and Courtlage', part of Cree's Tenement.

The late 19th century historic map shows buildings clearly; appear unchanged in layout since the Tithe Map depiction.
