Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
Plot 1516 on the Whitchurch Tithe Map depicts a rectangular dwelling close to the street; may be Bastow House. Apportionment lists it as 'House; part of Bastow's Tenement'.

The late 19th century historic map shows this building; a large dwelling, adjoining the house that predated Bastow Villas. This house may be that shown on the Tithe Map.
