Recorded as House, Homestead and Garden (plot 11) on the Butterleigh Tithe Apportionment.

Farmstead shown comprising a dwelling house and three separate buildings on one side and a courtyard of buildings on the other.

Coombe marked. The layout of farm buildings is similar to that shown on the Tithe Map. However, the farm house appears to have been rebuilt to the north.
