Recorded as House and Garden (plot 231) and Back Court Barn and Linhays (plot 230) on the Huntsham Tithe Apportionment.

Perrott's Farm marked, comprising buildings around three sides of a yard with an additional building extending obliquely to the south-east and the ?L-shaped farmhouse to the west.

Comparison with the first edition map shows the building extending to the south-east of the yard to have gone and that the yard itself has been extended to the south with a new L-shaped range at the southern end.
