A linear feature is visible as a single ditch on aerial photographs (p1). It is on the same alignment as field boundaries marked on OS 2nd Edition 1:2500 mapping. The feature is sited within an area described as ‘Post-medieval enclosures’ in Devon’s Historic Landscape Characterisation, and is likely to be a field boundary of post-medieval origin. It has been digitally plotted as part of the National Mapping Programme.
