A rectilinear mound, 17m by 13m in size, is visible as a low earthwork on aerial photographs (p1) in Thorn Park. The feature coincides with a group of small trees marked on the OS 1st Edition 1:2500 scale map and may be a post medieval park landscape feature. The site was digitally plotted during the National Mapping Programme.
