Modernisation has effectively disguised the age of this house. It is two storey, stone built and rendered, with a single span slate roof. Windows upstairs are the sash type with large modern replacements downstairs. Chimney of moderate size, rendered.
The house is shown on the 1843 Tithe Map (see source). John Elliott was the Lord of the Manor and owned quite a number of the village centre properties.
