Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Buildings marked at Westcot.
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
Westcott Farm marked. Comparison with the Tithe Map suggests that the farmstead has been rebuilt. A courtyard arrangement of farm buildings is shown with the house and garden to the south-west and a small pond close to the east end.

Modern mapping shows the farm to have expanded to the north. Much of the courtyard range shown on the 1880s-1890s map is still extant together with the small pond.
