Full description

Long rectangular building aligned north to south with large mill pool to the south-west.

Lower Mill was said to be 'anciently a tucking mill' when it was rebuilt a lttle before 1800. It first appears on the Tithe map of 1843 and was served by a leat fron the River Dart.
