A sinuous earthwork bank, approximately 4.5m in width and interpreted as a former medieval or post-medieval field boundary is visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946, to the north of Kingston House, Staverton. The earthwork does not correspond with any field boundaries in this location on the available 19th and early 20th century historic maps and supports the interpretation that the field boundary had passed out of use by the mid-19th century. The earthwork is not visible after 1946 and has likely been levelled.
