A curvilinear earthwork bank, up to approximately 3 metres wide, is visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946 and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017. It fits broadly into the field pattern and is interpreted as a relict field boundary. Its curvilinear shape indicates a likely medieval origin. It is not depicted on the Tithe map and any field boundary here probably went out of use before the mid-19th century.
